Soul Retreat 2017, was an awakening to step up and start creating the life I deserve to live. I got to spend a week with the most incredible people from all walks of life, at the Hyatt Regency in Maui, run by the amazing Kathy Rasch. We spent our days meditating, attending wellbeing seminars, sharing our personal stories and learning about living in line with our Soul. I'm definitely a work in progress but I'm trying my best to look at things from a place of positivity and love. A highlight of our trip was a visit to the Haleakala Volcano and Crater - which is known to many as the Heart Chakra of the Earth! What a truly amazing place. - TH
